I haven't received an Email

First of all please make sure that the registered email account is verified and ensure it is correct.

There may be a couple of reasons behind the absence of the confirmation letter in your inbox:

1. Your email client blocks our emails.

2. The letter is in "SPAM" folder.

3. Your mailbox is full and does not have the ability to accept new emails.

4. Your account password does not meet the requirements of the system, so the letter with the confirmation link has not been sent.

If your email client blocks incoming messages from us, you need to re-register at exrates.me with another email address. The most optimal is the Gmail mail client.
